Terms and Conditions 

I hereby authorize Starfone to provide outgoing international telephone services at discounted rates and to act as our agent in all matters relating to this service. I hold Starfone and its agents harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses incurred in any way related to the use of Starfone. I understand that my monthly credit limit for long distance telephone services provided will be $80.00 or equal to the amount I deposit or the entire amount guaranteed by the way of a credit card. Starfone will impose a late fee on customer's outstanding unpaid balance at a rate equal to 1.5% of such balance each month until the past due amounts are paid. If customer account is sent to collections then an additional $25.00 collections fee will be added to the current balance.

This agreement is construed and goverened in accordance with the laws of the State of California. The customer hereby agrees that the applicable courts of Long Beach City California USA shall decide any and all disputes concerning this Service Agreement. The customer agrees to subject itself to the jurisdiction of such courts in the event Starfone takes any action, legal or otherwise to enforce any of the terms of this Service Agreement, the actual attorneys fees incurred in such enforcement actions. Either party can cancel the agreement by giving (30) days written notice.

For credit card payments. The undersigned hereby (I) authorizes Starfone Corporation and their underlying carriers to take all necessary steps in order to provide telecommunications services. (II) Authorize all charges related to the telecommunication services to be debited on a monthly basis to the undersigned credit card in payment of the long distance telephone calls generated by the above-mentioned customer. The aforementioned authorizations shall remain in effect until cancelled in writing.
